If you're a Veteran who's been held back from buying a home because of who you wanted on the loan — that barrier is gone.
Starting June 16, HD Mortgages is offering VA joint loans. This is a major expansion of the VA loan benefit, and it could open the door to a home purchase you thought wasn't possible.
A VA joint loan lets you use your VA benefit while buying with people who aren't Veterans — or alongside other Veterans who also want to use their own benefit.
Here's what's now possible:
Up to four people can be on a single loan — more buying power, more flexibility
Multiple Veterans can each use their own entitlement — if you're buying with a fellow Veteran, both of you can bring your benefit to the table
Non-veteran co-buyers are now allowed — previously, the only non-veteran permitted on a VA loan was a Veteran's spouse. Now you can buy with a parent, sibling, business partner, or any non-veteran co-buyer and still use your VA benefit
This loan is built for situations like these:
You want to buy with a parent or sibling who isn't a Veteran
You and a fellow Veteran want to purchase together and both use your entitlements
You have a business partner you want on the loan who has never served
A previous deal fell through because your co-buyer wasn't a Veteran or a spouse
If any of these sound like your situation, you now have a path forward.
You earned your VA benefit. This loan makes sure you can actually use it — on your terms, with the people you want by your side.
HD Mortgages is here to walk you through every scenario. Reach out today and let's talk about what's possible for you.
Don't wait on a deal that's finally possible. Reach out directly and we'll walk through your scenario together — no pressure, just answers.
